The Convention against Torture Initiative’s first publication of the year presents Angola’s experience of becoming a party to the UN Convention against Torture (UNCAT) as part of CTI’s “States parties in focus” blog series.

Angola’s story highlights how UNCAT is supporting the Government’s human rights reform agenda, and sets out a number of major initiatives to guard against and respond to incidents of torture and ill-treatment.

A primeira publicação do ano da Iniciativa da Convenção contra a Tortura apresenta a experiência de Angola em tornar-se parte da Convenção da ONU contra a Tortura (UNCAT), como parte da série “Estados Partes em foco” da CTI.
