CTI is excited to announce the launch of its new e-library containing CTI tools and documents in different languages, available on the Resources for States page.  

The on-line library has been created to gather, in one place, a wide variety of digitized CTI anti-torture resources and tools in different languages. All materials are available for free download.  The new e-library contains CTI’s strategy, event and other reports, practical tools, and some legal and UN documents.

As new resources are translated, they will be uploaded.
