Mid-way to universality! Explaining the CTI diplomatic approach ahead of UPR33

The 33rd session of the Universal Periodic Review, starting today at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, provides an important opportunity for States to consider recommendations to ratify UNCAT and to take action to adjust domestic policies and practices to combat torture and other ill-treatment.
